Listing and selling a domain
Prove you own it, set a price and options, and get paid when the buyer receives it.
- Add the domain and prove ownership with a DNS TXT record (we check it ourselves). The proof is valid for 180 days.
- Set a price and choose what buyers can do: buy now, make offers (with an optional minimum), or lease to own.
- When a buyer pays, start the transfer from your order page within 5 days.
- You are paid when the buyer confirms receipt (or when the registry shows the domain at the registrar the buyer named, for code transfers).
Limits
New sellers can have 25 active listings. Seller verification (email, payout wallet, two-factor sign-in, profile, a verified domain) raises the limit and adds a verified badge.
Brokers
To reach more buyers, tick "Invite brokers" on the listing form and choose a commission of 2-15% of the sale price. Other members can then share a link to your listing; if a buyer comes through a broker's link, that commission is deducted from your payout (on top of the platform fee) and paid to the broker. Without a broker, nothing changes. You can change or turn it off whenever no order is in progress; an order keeps the rate it was paid under.
Tools
- Dashboard: bulk price changes, CSV import/export, stats, payout history.
- Pricing rules: lower idle listings gradually.
- The API: manage listings from your own systems (see Developers).
