Lease to own

Spread the price over months; the domain transfers after the final payment.

• Terms: 6, 12, 24, 36 months, with a 10-50% down payment.
• The buyer has 48 hours to pay the down payment after starting a lease.
• Installments are due every 30 days.
• A payment more than 7 days late is flagged; after 14 days the lease defaults and the domain returns to the seller (payments already made are not refunded).
• After the final installment the seller transfers the domain, through the same guided transfer as a sale.

Sellers are paid each installment as it comes in.
