The refund guarantee and deadlines

Seller must start within 5 days and deliver within 14; otherwise you can get your money back.

• Start: the seller must start the transfer within 5 days of your payment.
• Delivery: the domain must arrive within 14 days of the start.
• The seller can use one extension per order (+3 days to start, or +5 days to deliver).

If a deadline is missed

1. A Request a refund button appears on your order page.
2. The seller then has 24 hours to finish the transfer or contest the request.
3. If they do nothing, the full amount is refunded automatically. If they contest, our team reviews the order, the timeline and any evidence, and decides.
4. You can withdraw the request at any time if the transfer is just running late.

The seller can also cancel and refund you at any time before the domain is delivered.
