Disputes and evidence

What happens when buyer and seller disagree, and how to upload proof.

A dispute pauses the order: no money moves until our team decides. We look at the order timeline (who did what, and when), the public registry data, and the evidence both sides upload.

Evidence

• PNG, JPEG, PDF or plain text; up to 5 MB each and 10 files per side.
• Only the buyer, the seller and our team can download them.
• Useful: registrar screenshots of the transfer status, emails from the registrar, the push confirmation.

Outcomes

• Seller's favour - payment is released to the seller.
• Buyer's favour - the buyer is refunded and the domain goes back on sale.
