Keeping your account and payouts safe

Two-factor sign-in, the 48-hour payout wallet delay, and signing out other devices.

• Turn on two-factor sign-in (an authenticator app) under Security. Keep your recovery codes offline.
• Changing an existing payout wallet takes 48 hours, emails you, and is blocked while you have open orders - so a stolen password cannot redirect your money.
• The Security page lists your signed-in devices; sign out any you do not recognise.
• We will never ask for your password, recovery codes or a domain's authorization code by email or chat.
